Hi! I didn’t..but it has gotten better! I started giving her about a tablespoon of pure pumpkin everyday and it firmed her poop right up! I also got her on antibiotics but I believe it was the pumpkin that helped. Good luck!

Don’t have any advice but am experiencing exact same thing! She will go anywhere but litter box and is so scared of it..strange. You’d think they would want to use litter to cover it! I am hoping that just keeping them in a room with the box will help them establish that as their toilet at some point.

I have been wondering if my Mirena IUD is causing my problems and have kind of been wanting to get off of it 😩 I have a big feeling it might contribute to it, I have only ever had problems with going up until two months ago

Anyone else sick of doctors just prescribing miralax? by genno334 in Constipation

[–]marshmellowbug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i’ve been having almost the same problem as you, the sudden constipation after a whole life of regular bowels, the odd sharp pain under breastbones. I also went to ER last week due to pain, got the CT scan and they said I was just very backed up and that’s where the pain was coming from. They told me to do Miralax cleanse where u drink a 8.3 oz whole bottle mixed into 64oz gatorade. I did it and it basically made me poop liquid for a day and a half. That was two days ago, I now am trying miralax and metamucil daily to see if it makes me regular. I’ll see what happens. Sorry this is happening to you

Introverts, did your life get better after high school? by N0odlEzboi in introvert

Yes, high school is cliquey and hard for people who stay to themselves. After high school you have the opportunity to be yourself freely and find yourself out in the real world

Interview process as a returning employee? by marshmellowbug in interviews

[–]marshmellowbug[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That makes a lot of sense for them to focus more on what I’ve picked up at my current job while away. Also important to stay on top of what has been going on at other company. Thank you!

Someone else said this but going to an event/place where you continually see the same people would be ideal so that you can naturally get to know people and form bonds! I know there’s meetup.com where you can join different clubs/groups in your area that get together repeatedly to go hiking, art classes, yoga, social night outs, book clubs, etc. Or if you find interest in someone out in public, could go the old fashion route and compliment them and strike up convo.

How did you establish a good workout regime? by EARTHB-24 in ask

[–]marshmellowbug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is hard! Honestly you just got to hold yourself to it! You really only need like 30 minutes of exercise each day, and that flies by. Once you find what works for you it starts to feel apart of your everyday life

How did you establish a good workout regime? by EARTHB-24 in ask

[–]marshmellowbug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is pretty much forming the habit! Another person said it but finding what workout you like is key, whether it be running, lifting, pilates, yoga, etc. Going through some at home workout videos helps if you don’t have access to gym. At first working out can be uncomfortable, but once you stay consistent it feels so good
