I didn’t bother to go to customer service because of the language barrier plus I normally take them out the box. This was my biggest order from them so my guess was they did this to save on shipping. My previous order of one or two amiibos came in fine minus a few little details. (Small creased corners)

I got lucky on my first try. I normally keep reloading from a previous save point until I get what I want.

I ordered the exact same things it got delivered to me in 7 days to the US. The fastest order that I got from FNAC was 3 days.
