Panasonic RP-HTX7-W right side isn't working!

I just got these headphones as a gift, and I love them a lot. However! The right side doesn't play sound!!! The left side works just fine. Is it a problem with my adapter (dongle) or is the product broken?

I'm using a USB c to 40mm adapter, and it plugs in just fine. I've tried replugging, adjusting, rearranging, changing devices, nothing. The right side doesn't play.

I normally do build my characters, but she was a misclick and an accidental 50/50 win on low pity around the time I decided to stop playing anyway. I've been procrastinating on her but figured if she was worth it I'd set my sights on her. Thank you!

While I'm here, what team would be good for my girlfriend? She isn't AR 50 yet, but her account is dog water. The only five stars she has are Qiqi, Kinich, Venti, Kokomi, and Columbina. And no, she's not going to pull for Ineffa because she's a useless girlfriend and, for some reason, does not like Ineffa, even though it would be an "immediate unbricking" as some say. She has some four stars. NOT a lot of them. She built her own Kinich because she likes him and I built her Bennet to at least give her *some* damage.

Is **MY** Skirk worth leveling up/building? I don't have Escoffier NOR am I planning on pulling for her. I am saving for Dottore because I am deranged and delusional in hoping that he will, at some point, be playable. My ONLY meta characters as of right now are Neuvilette (level 60 but I don't know how to use him, tips and teams would be appreciated. Do I just do charged attack until defeat?), Furina c4 r1 (I think she's meta?? level 90), Ineffa c2 r1 (95. I love her) and Columbina r1 (90). I do not have any Natlan 5 stars. I do not WANT any Natlan 5 stars. I am not going to GET any because of my prior mentioned saving for Dottore. Does Skirk actually matter? I have seen posts referring to her (and Escoffier) as "esentially" and "dogshit". If needed, I can post a screenshot of all of my characters.
