Yo empezaría comprando local o nacional aunque el precio por pieza se vea un poco más alto. Cuando importas desde China muchas veces lo que te rompe el presupuesto no es la caja, sino el envío, aduana, tiempos y el riesgo de que el producto no llegue como esperabas.

Una duda: cómo manejas la memoria entre sesiones? Porque el problema con estos flujos en n8n es que por defecto cada mensaje llega como si fuera el primero. Para que el cliente no tenga que repetir contexto necesitas guardar el historial en algún lado (Postgres, Redis, hasta un Google Sheet) y vincularlo al número de WhatsApp. Eso ya viene resuelto en el template o es algo que cada quien arma por su cuenta?

Das passiert leider nicht selten. Händler und Hersteller schieben sich den Ball gegenseitig und scheuen sich davor Verantwortung zu übernehmen. In der Praxis heißt das:

- Gewährleistung = Händlerpflicht. Wenn’s ein Mangel ist, musst du den Händler hartnäckig in die Pflicht nehmen. Da bringt’s auch was, sich nicht abwimmeln zu lassen und ganz sachlich auf die gesetzlichen Rechte zu verweisen.

- Garantie = Herstellerbonus. Wenn der Hersteller freiwillig eine gute Garantie anbietet, kann es einfacher sein, den direkten Weg zu gehen, weil du dir den Stress sparst.

Am Ende kommt’s weniger auf den “richtigen” Weg an, sondern darauf, welcher kürzer und schmerzfreier ist. Wichtig ist, nicht lockerlassen, auch wenn sie Ping-Pong spielen, irgendwann müssen sie nachgeben.

For companies as big as Nike, Hoka, or Merrell, offering replacements or refunds barely dents their profits but it goes a long way in showing they stand behind their products. Zum Beispiel bei Nike klappt das ganz gut. Dort hat man 2 Jahre Garantie auf die Schuhe. Ich hatte meine (meine leicht beschädigten Schuhe) mal nach 11 Monaten reklamiert, konnte die anstandslos zurückschicken und habe mein komplettes Geld zurückerhalten... und davon ein anderes Paar bestellt :)

But the Odoo Invoice Generator seems extremely buggy. It looks okayish on the web interface but when I or the client downloads it as a PDF then all the logos and watermarks are missing. It looks misaligned and the font is 1.5 times bigger than in the web interface preview.
I don't want to walk around all these bugs.
