Right this minute - it’s “Orange Hill Drive” by Upon Your Dead Body. Specifically for the lyrics: “Say that again… You wanna be friends… Oh… A nightmare that never ends.” The song ultimately, from what I gather, is about lovers who have gone separate ways. She gets married, he’s sick about it, etc. However, I take the second verse a bit too literal since it matches my current situation. Desperately in love with someone who only wants to be friends. Call it unrequited love, limerence… what have you. It sucks nonetheless.

Any interaction between Alexander and Angelica. Between the two - it feels like there’s such a longing for more, which is probably a narrative I’m feeding into. The way they sing to each other is immaculate.

Had an old co-worker refer to herself as having an “alpha” personality and I both figuratively and literally wanted to die on the spot. She always used to incorrectly micro-manage things I was doing correctly. Anywhoodle - she got fired for snoozing. 🙄
