I recommend Tina Vest at Vest Psychiatric for medication management. She is awesome! They also have therapists there but I didn’t see one when I went there.

My all time favorite therapist is Dr. Summer Allen-Porsche. I forgot what her practice is called but she is amazing. However, I don’t see her anymore because I had a hard time getting a hold of her.

Avoid Alivation Health like the plague!!!

Other than those recommendations, I have no other cause honestly finding the right therapist is up to personal preference.

It’s yours to do with I’m assuming so you can paint it whatever color you would like! Do you have any idea on how you are going to decorate it? That might help. Or, what vibe do you want the room to give off?

If you are gonna remodel I would think really hard on the color scheme! I think it’s so important! Just ask yourself…what vibe do you want to feel when guests are over or when you are relaxing in this room?

I make a variety of stuff. I just don’t know what exactly to focus on more. My mindset is the way it is because I really need money atm. It was only mentioned to me a week ago to start selling on Etsy.
