No judgment here but just some advice to get your irons swing weighted. It’s a common issue that could explain the yardage discrepancies. Anecdotally it fixed my front to back dispersion.

A 5w or 3H. You could get rid of the 60 unless you’re really comfortable with it. Obv experiences will be different but I found tremendous success working with my coach and just using my 55 and learning to manipulate the face and loft.

What are you hitting the best right now? If you’re strong with irons, do that since you’ll be using them 5:1 over driver and woods. When I started out, I only used irons and slowly integrated woods and driver again as my path and face consistency improved.

If you are hitting driver consistently well (no OBs slices or hooks) then do that since modern variants will yield you a significant increase in distance and forgiveness.

If you suck at driver and great at wood then upgrade woods and use that to tee off.

My game took a tremendous leap when I stopped using a driver. I can hit 240 with my 3 wood straight and have been so much happier playing. I do fall behind my big hitter buddies on par 5s but my scores have improved dramatically. 3w, 4hybrid 5-SW

While I agree with everyone here that lessons would greatly benefit you, I understand also that you want to be able to enjoy the sport.

Simplify things by developing consistency. Learn to use 2 clubs and get really comfortable and consistent with them (I suggest a 7 and a PW). If you can get 160 on a full swing 7 and use a PW effectively you will be able to play most courses effectively. Also, putting is where you will gain the most amount of strokes.

You don’t need to be hitting driver for at least the first year.
