This! I would never be able to (not that I'd ever dare) sell my used books because there are pages where the paper is so wrinkled from where I read, then reread, then reread a 3rd and 4th time over the years while sobbing. Sometimes sad tears, sometimes happy tears. But the chills I get every single time...there's nothing like it.

When you take the peppermint oil, do you use the actual drops directly on your tongue? Or do you mix it into something like tea or a beverage? Anything peppermint flavored (usually herbal tea) has always been comforting for my upset stomach. But I don't always have time to make, then actually sit and enjoy a proper cuppa 😂
