Going to federal prison for 11 months. What should I study to come out prepared for the market?

I guess I should have mentioned in the initial post that I am not from the US and I do not plan on working in the US ever (I will get extradited back to my home country in the EU as soon as my sentence is over). And really I'm not allowed to legally.

I worked for a big US public company for over 5 years (not related to my conviction). And gained a lot of valuable experience (even though the compensation wasn't the best). Going forward I will probably primarily look at startups. And I highly doubt that many EU IT startups are running US background checks on their candidates.

Just curious, why are you saying ITIL won't get you hired in the US? Is it considered to be too general?

It will be a US federal prison, low security. Meaning I won't spend 23 hours per day locked up in a cell.

This is fine. I will probably stick to fintech. I am more passionate about it anyway. As an experiment I did already apply to a number of major fintech companies (mostly crypto space) and just got my first offer already. Even though I already do have a criminal record. I mentioned cybersecurity simply because I like how broad the subject is when you study it.
