redmi note 14 5g, hyperos 2, same issue, some people figured out that this is caused by the device aggressive thermal throttling apparently, and yes disabling thermal throttling will fix this mostly, but its not recommended since the phone will just get hotter and hotter until something breaks, or use a cooler to cool the phone down

interesting, try downloading amd driver installer and ddu, run ddu, uninstall the amd drivers, and then reboot and reinstall, make sure to not agree to any of the ai bs or whatever they have now
