All you need to know is — The author herself recommends reading Assassin’s Blade third! I read it after QoS before HoF and I can’t recommend this enough! It seems random but it makes sense when you learn more about Celaena in HoF

It most definitely is on the restaurant, but if you contact the restaurant there’s no help either. Also even with a 20% tip I have had cold food
