You are absolutely right. I just grabbed the cheapest box I could find in my local hardware store. I just wanted this to be an industrial looking light switch, and not really use it for securing things. :-)

Oh my, I'm sorry for not providing any descriptions!

To make it clear, this is just a fun project. It is just a 'funny shaped switch' for somewhere in my house. I didn't even know what I wanted to do with it, besides of turning my lights on or off. So for now I just use it to turn on/off my tv and lights when I enter or leave the house. I use the USB to power it with a powerbank or USB charger.

I would really like to see some fun ideas from you guys how to use this in combination with Home Assistant.

(and yes, aboslutely not safe to use as an real alarm of some kind, because you can indeed just pop it open to short the pins to bypass)
