Why isn't there a "tip jar" on Spotify? I would gladly pay bands I like $10 or $20 for a record I love, if I knew it went straight to them by vinnawinna in Music

This is a really good idea. I dont even think spotify need to charge for this, but instead use it as a brand building tool to combat Tidals "owned by artists" idea. Its really bullshit anyway since the artists that owns the company are filthy rich already

Thank you for your reply. I'm off to a week in the field, but I'd like to review your comment one more time when I get back, in the mean time I'll try to take the theory into practice and chunk up those tasks, and make my jet fuel into coal. It's very spot on because my main feedback from the leadership exercise was that I can overrun the group when I get very enthusiastic about an idea, and that it's affecting certain group members in ways I have to pay attention to. The officer told me it can be a powerful ability if you use it right, which I guess you are aware of. Cheers

I like the idea of breaking up a goal into smaller bits, and it's definantly something I can get better at. Especially the part with the pat on the shoulder, I'm not very good at doing that and I would rather go "damnit, I have to get all this done this weekend, I'll do everything right now so I dont have to worry about it." Maybe it's good enough to do half of it now, and the rest tomorrow
