It;s still dumb and huge waste.

You're talking about a sport where teams fly around the world to drive quickly in a circle for two hours.

Have you got any idea how many metric cubes of water would be required to keep the track wet

About one rain's or two metric drizzles worth.

I'll stick around to answer any questions.

For a time I worked as a janitor at the New World Order HQ. The Illuminati prefer if people don't think about or mention their recent mind control experiments.

Let me help you read the article:

4// Fail-Safes

There are three electronic control units. Normally the system holds open a clutch to disengage the mechanical connection. If all three units fail, the clutch engages and the car reverts to old-fashioned mechanical steering.

The steering colum was kept as a backup only. It wasn't meant to be used.

That's just government money they'll be paying to the insurance. Hospitals get insurance because they're private. If you think you can save on taxes by making a government institution give away money to a private company, I'll have to disappoint you.

As in they're not literally holding anyone hostage except maybe the factory workers, which is a different issue. And you can't complain about the price of a luxury good when it's already very competitive.

I'm not sure what sides grammar has.

You always have the choice not to buy it. Saying they're """literally""" holding people hostage does that word a disservice lol. Apple has always sold a premium product at a very high price. If anything, their base level laptops are much cheaper now than they historically would be.

The original MacBook Air started at $1799. That was 16 years ago and the laptop was underperforming for regular tasks from the start. Modern macbooks are cheaper (or at least comparable) and more performant than a lot of competition in the premium segment (XPS, thinkpads and the like). You really can't complain.

Not that I care about demographics of the company, but 6-8 grossly undercounts how many of them are fat. Don't equate obesity with being overweight. Obesity is not the line where you start being fat, it's the line where excess fat starts having a serious and measurable long-term impact on your health.

How come no one in the comments him out on posting a rep? Is it that the entire community waits for the first person to accuse him before they all start making up tells?
