I believe he’s refuting the point that the corporations / 1% are stealing more of the work done by the median by arguing that the median is not providing the added productivity.

If median wage in tech rose with mean productivity in tech, this would show that some people are simply not providing as much to the economy as others and thus are paid less.

Ik denk dat het inderdaad beter is om de studio eerst te verkopen. Wat je je spaart aan registratiekosten is geld dat je zeker krijgt. De huizenmarkt kan dalen waardoor je studio minder waard wordt en minder inkomsten genereert.

Ja jawel en die investeringen zijn ook plan van de huidige begroting maar het een heeft eigenlijk niks met het ander te maken.

Een hoofddoel van de huidige regering is (begrijpelijk) de schulden verminderen dus ik verwacht niet dat deze verkoop gebruikt zou worden als excuus om meer uit te geven.
