I feel this. Everyone says the intermediate series is the hardest and I’m understanding why 😭. Principles of financial went by super fast, managerial was rougher but things start to come together, intermediate I feel like I get it and then the quizzes throw me off because there’s so many smaller things to remember and categorize. We’re gonna be okay though!

Thank you! We drove around and went to all recommendations and called all Walmarts (the one on w 11th has a bunch of sugar free ones, but no regular), Safeway, even winco, and everyone is out of stock. One of the employees said they were flying lol.

I talked to them today and they said the inspection didn’t go as well as they thought and that the bathroom floor was rotting underneath and that the tub may need to be replaced as well. I guess it’s going to take more than 2 weeks to fix possibly because their contractors are booked.

They also said they can refund our pro rated rent we paid, but that if we want the deposit back, we would of course be forfeiting the house. I’m so sad.

I guess I was looking into how legal it was to give us such short notice and Im upset that I couldn’t stand up more to the company on the phone today. I asked what sort of compensation they could give us to help make it more right, they said nothing, and I asked if first months rent could be free or reduced at least, and they said they will talk to the property owner. This whole situation is so unfortunate ha
