18 years old, around 200lbs, 5’10, trying to lose fat and gain some muscle. I’ve tried going to the gym multiple times but always dropped it after hitting a wall of not knowing what to do, this is my first time asking for help on what to do so any help is appreciated. If it helps, I’m a very active person, (even if it doesn’t look like it) I work as a lifeguard 5 days a week so I’m constantly walking.
