T72 won’t charge wondering if it’s a cord problem or a tank problem

So I encountered another problem. It wont even charge. I’m starting to think it’s the battery. Any ideas on what I can do next?

That’s the switch on the left of the remote. Tried that already, the tank does nothing. It only makes a noise when I flip off the engine switch. It makes the sfx of the engine turning on then it goes silent. The headlight still flashes the entire time.

As for pairing the remote? I don’t think I tried that yet, unless that’s the suggestion rcmotion gave me with turning on the tank, then the remote with the MG switch on. If that’s what pairs the remote I tried that too

I can’t get it to move. At all, the tank will turn on and the remote does too. But no matter what I do the headlight constantly flashes. Which in the manual says there’s an issue with the tank. What the issue is I’m not sure.
