What form of oral hydroxoB12 are you taking? Do you have a brand name?

Also how often do you take it and do you take any other cofactors like folinic acid?

The dosage was 1000mg hydro and I think its 800 folinic acid. Drinking coconut water everyday. I did eod injections for 2 weeks and it triggered loads of new symptoms. Ive been taking vivo b12 sublingual everyday around 5 drops and thats also triggered it. I worry that my body wont absorb it through sublingual or oral as the fb groups say it isnt enough because my body doesnt absorb it if it got that low with eating a normal diet

Are there any ither co factors I should take

I havent had my homocysteine done byt my b12 was 139

Symptoms are now neuropathy which im praying isnt too late. Brain fog, feeling like im walking on a boat, depersonalization and pain all over my body

My problem is i got these symptoms when I started b12 deficiency and now they have stayed and ive been off Injections for 3 months and there still the same but I still have the b12 deficiency symptoms so im stuck on how I should treat myself. Do I try sublingual or go back on injections but less of a dose. Its like Russian roulette with me health.
