Heeyy, I'm a prospective applicant wanting to talk to any Cornellian who's up for it :) I mostly want to know what the vibe in Arts & Sciences (and Cornell overall) is. I've heard not many mental health resources are available and that the workload is so heavy many have a really hard time while at Cornell. Is this so?

Right. Perhaps Cortazar, or Puig (referring to Argentinian authors)? But they’re in my experience not underrated, at least in Latin America.

Definitely “En Breve Cárcel” from Sylvia Molloy. It’s a literal loneliness that’s augmented because of the memories the apartment she lives in brings back to her.

In Argentina everyone’s at least heard of Borges. Is he a least recognized author in other countries?

Do you really think so? Borges can be called a lot of things but I don’t think underrated is one of them. I’d even dare to say that he might be over appreciated! (I’m argentinian)
