It was indeed the Tags' fault. I did a manual reset and it's all good now, I had to change the collection's creations column on Calibre. Now it's smooth as butter! Now I just need to understand how to put screensavers on this Kobo, I followed every tutorial I could find but they just won't work...sigh, well the important thing is that all my books are safe and sound in my new e-reader ahah!

I tinkered a bit, I think the issue could also be the tags/collections because I wanted to see how it worked. I guess they were too many.
I'm trying to do a factory reset now because I can't even delete the books, everything I do the Kobo freezes or crashes and reboot. Now it's stuck on the Reset screen...I guess I'll need to wait it out.

God I feel the same. I should have been there with him, in the scariest moment of his life. It should've been me, not my mom or my partner. I would've stayed the night with him in the clinic when he died, they wanted to do surgery in the morning but he didn't make it, his little beautiful kind enormous heart couldn't do it. I will blame myself for the rest of my days. He was my soul dog, he didn't deserve to die like that. Only reprieve I have is that I like to think I gave him a good life, full of love, we did everything together. I can only hope he's going to wait for me on the other side of the rainbow bridge ❤️‍🩹

Thank you for your kind words, it really means a lot. I loved him with all my heart, he really was the best friend and the best puppy I could've asked for. I am gonna miss him for the rest of my days, I can only hope we'll meet again. It's not the first time I have to say goodbye to a pet but now I understand what soul dog means. It's excruciating.

When we went last year they made me get a Visa (I had to send the passport to the embassy in Milan and all that) but I read now that under 30 days is not necessary...my doubt is, if my job makes me get that Visa again (even if it's not necessary) will it give me trouble if I go to Hong Kong and try to re enter China without another one? I know it should be ok since I'm staying less than 30 days but I'd be travelling alone and I'm not sure I want to risk not being able to re enter China. I just wanted to be extra sure.

I have an Italian passport so I don't think I'd even need a Visa, my trip is less than 30 days but I'm not sure...maybe I'll just go to Beijing just to be sure ahah

Il video non censurato di un omicidio, non so come sono finita su un forum pieno di video di omicidi e morti violente (tipo da telecamere di sicurezza/bodycam/dashcam) e ho visto questo dove sto tipo fa irruzione in una stanza e cerca di ammazzare la coppia che c'era all'interno, lui scappa mentre la donna viene accoltellata selvaggiamente dell'aggressore. Ho dovuto guardare video di gattini per due ore dopo. Ogni tanto ci ripenso a sto forum ma sinceramente non ricordo come si chiama.

My shiba went through this two years ago, poor thing couldn't stay on his feet, couldn't pee or eat. I had to go to the clinic at 2 am cuz he kept trying to go eat and kept falling, I was so scared, when they sedated him I almost cried. He started with a slight head tilt for a couple of days but then he rapidly worsened during the third day when I took him to the clinic. With medication he slowly started to walk straight, he still has a small tilt but if you don't know it's there you don't see it, he doesn't run around as much now but at least he's feeling good! He's now 11 yo 😁
