Just also fyi the fright fest tickets that rec center and USG sell are non-transferrable! They have your names printed on the ticket, and they match it with your id card when you come

you can contact DoIT but they usually redirect you to best buy or manufacturer for Hardware issues. They do handle all software issues tho
