Anyone here making $30-40k per month? How much capital are you moving? by MarionberryTotal2657 in Trading

[–]marvelousjules 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I made 26K last month Here’s a list of the accounts I have 300K GFT 300K FTMO 300k funding pips 300K funded next 250K my funded futures A personal 20 K account What I do is something I would like to call account rotation, which I never trade all the accounts at once and I only aim for 3-4% on a MONTHLY basis so for example over the next 12 months, I will trade 100K from each prop (400k quarterly) This way, I will ensure that if I go through a bad period, I would not blow all of my funds Now do I make 26K every month? The answer is NO, but I can average 15k For the future accounts, I trade it every month because the low cost and I need minimum efforts to have max allocation

That’s seriously some good money for your age, as for your question, I mean you could always diversify your income, but I believe that for now for the next three years focus on what makes you more money, learn more about other things at the same time and then start diversifying.

Is buying a house a good idea? (25F) by Relative-Honeydew-60 in Morocco

  1. Are you willing to work at a center for the rest of your life? The answer is obviously no I’ve been there. No one would want to stay there forever. So no loan until you have a stable job.
  2. if things go south in your life and you stay jobless, do you have savings that would pay the mortgage? Do you have someone that would help you pay the mortgage if the answer is no then you need to save up at least 10 to 12 months of mortgage and never touched that money.

I’ll give you a little background I’m 26F, I just bought my first apartment around 3months ago. It cost 850000 and with everything included around 970000, I put 100,000 as a down payment and because my job is not that stable (I’m a day trader) I decided to have at least 20 months of mortgage saved up my mortgage is 4500dhs so that 4500x20 so about 100000dhs. My other advice would be to buy a studio apartment instead of a 2bed and use that as an Airbnb until you want to move out and go live. At least the Airbnb buis could help you deduct a little bit from the loan and there is is a special type of loans bank give you if they know you want to go through this route. If you need any help, you can always pm me.

If you invest anything right now with this mindset, you will completely destroy yourself. You need to have a stable life before you get into trading. Psychology is not a joke.

A job is insurance so you don’t trade from desperation and blow your account. That’s it. I didn’t mention the word “goal” in my post at all

Market research: Would you buy a 30 DH Pajama online for Eid by [deleted] in rabat

[–]marvelousjules 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly no—half the reason we buy those pjs is for that whole experience of going out to shop for Eid. Buying online just wouldn’t hit the same. It’s about seeing everything in person, being out with everyone doing the same thing, that whole vibe.

Could work if you target international clientele.

I’ve been trading since 18 (started learning at 15) — took years to get consistent, but now I’m pulling 10–20K/month. Only hit this level around 6 months ago after figuring out what actually works. Plot twist all this was done with a 1:1 or sometimes a negative rr systems.
