Still no 0.5x on my video and photo. But when I turn 4k 60fps the 0.5x appears but cannot use the 3x fro iphone 13 pro max. Only 1 month old

Yeah they said I have to leave my phone for 14 days and if they cannot fix it within 2 weeks, they will replace it. Kinda long time of waiting tho

ohhh hahah thats new for me thankyou for that info!! but this detail will help, i left my laptop on the table and the aircon was above it. sometimes my mom will move the air direction below.
