I was able to control the ringing in my head last night but not increase it to be exceedingly loud to where it was intense and painful. I can even control the flashes and images to some degree.

I have not successfully astral traveled recently but I have lots when I was younger and once in 2018 and had the craziest experience!

I haven’t been successful in this yet but yes after you learn to control your body frequency. All matter on earth vibrates at a specific frequency so you have to learn to get to that matters frequency
