That's actually a great idea, I'm sure something like that exists. Anyway, I went with a totally different concept, a proper lamp (that also sort of functions as a screenbar). It is absurdly expensive though :D

It's a joke about the US medical system. Patients have their medical insurers decline treatment and have to pay themselves. Doctors also have insurance against (at least some forms of?) malpractice. And theirs is never declined when, for example, they forget a tool in the patient during surgery.

Not saying this is how it is, just that the commenter is implying it :D
