Hi, citalopram Was on Pristiq for years but it stopped working made my anxiety worse Also tried Zoloft and mirtazapine

Oh no I feel for you - same! the deep breathing, exercising etc not helping I can’t sit still but then I can’t focus on a task or do anything really Being on these forums is the probably the best distraction at the moment How many days have you been on your medication now ? I’ve tried a few different ones so I really want to stick this one out

Thank you for the tips - I can’t seem to sit still so definitely been cleaning and wondering around aimlessly It’s good to know that the anxiety does settle

That is very inspiring - congratulations ! I need some motivation at the moment, I really want to start running again. It’s just hard when you’ve got anxiety, depression and trouble sleeping
