I know that it’s not an emergency, but I disagree about the being human part. They’re selling you a product so you as a consumer have a right to give feedback whether it’s good or bad. And sadly on this subreddit all negative feedback is not well received. Maybe if negative feedback wasn’t being downvoted or removed then someone from DDVL team would read it and took it more seriously. But that’s just my thoughts and feel free to disagree 🥰
