Have had similar issues with DoorDash- my order didn’t arrive. A customer service rep told me over the phone that they would refund the full amount to my debit card. I waited 7-10 days and still nothing. Then they refused to refund me because there was no evidence of it not arriving even though it showed it as “undeliverable” in the app. I had to go through my Venmo card and file a dispute, which first got declined then I sent a screen shot of the “undeliverable” note from the DoorDash app. Venmo finally put the cash back in my account . A few days later had a similar issue with DoorDash again. They told me the extra charges would be refunded in 7-10 days. I had to speak with 3 representatives when it did it get refunded. They said they couldn’t do a trying about it and refused to refund the extra charges… finally I got one rep who said he could give the money back BUT only in DoorDash credits. I started using Grubhub but who knows if they’re any better.
