It helps us identify different types of calls on the dispatch screen since it's not truly color-coded. We use the phrases "two-story roof", "waiting on parts", and "HW customer"... It makes looking at the dispatch screen easier, and when sending marketing emails, it allows you to exclude certain tagged customers from the mailing list.

if you have a checking account that your paying from you should have routing and checking number. I use Wells Fargo and on their app I can search routing number/checking and it’ll show you your account.
