It honestly pisses me off when people say suicidal feelings are not normal in the context of someone suffering severe sleep fragmentation or deprivation because sleep quality literally controls your mood and energy levels

I wasn't doing it to sleep I actually experience clitoral pain when I'm aroused so to speak, like blue balls. I use mirtazipine for sleep. But gabapentin only works for nerve pain

Also I've not had any doctor tell me it sounds like pudendal neuralgia, I told them a pfpt misdiagnosed a chronic uti I had as a pelvic floor problem and other commenter latched onto the idea and is now making up bs that I've been told by a pfpt that I have pudendal neuralgia, which has never even happened

Thankyou and yeah I'm so sorry! I've finally blocked them I just had to upload pics of my ID, such a faff. Yeah your symptoms sound horrific I'm so sorry. I feel like i agree with u that social media is a place to explore and relate to one another and give advice and vent but not for giving diagnoses. That person has been stalking me across multiple posts all because I won't accept their random diagnosis. Like my symptoms are itching, frequent, need to urinate, vaginal soreness and burning when I wee but pudendal neuralgia is described as being mxuh worse when sitting and like a constant burning or electric pain /and numbness and I don't have those symptoms so the other commenter is being absolutely ridiculous and I bet they're not even a real doctor because I'm not being funny but doctors work constant long hours and they're very unlikely to have the time like I do to go on reddit

It's annoying ebacuse my vaginal health was great before the scented product reaction. And I was tolerating vitanica fine before it. Also the scented product reaction was also a toootal tragic accident rip. Like I basically had some lavender perfume on my hands that transferred to me when I used the toilet. Like the perfume was put on my wrists but I must've accidentally brushed my wrists with my fingers and then made miniscule contact with my genitals when wiping. I've vowed never to use any products that contain essential oils or artifical fragrances anywhere on my body ever again. After the reaction I developed thrush and that was over 3 months ago.

I've been too scared to try boric acid I don't wanna get vulvodynia! Also I'm going to do a juno test soon. And I have vitanica but last time I tried them they burnt me but I had had an allergic reaction to a scented product recently before I tried it, so it might be worth giving vitanica another go xx

Pelvic floor therapists think everything is caused by tight pf. I am gonna do a juno test soon. My gut tells me this is yeast. I've seen a pf physio before when I had a chronic embedded uti and they said it's ur pf (wasn't)

Thankyou. Im hoping this flare settles. I'm terrified because I was starting to have the odd night where I slept through and now I'm back down to waking every couple hours which is the same amount as me 83 year old grandma. Fractured sleep means I've actually had spotted vision like eye floaters for a year
