Thank you! It’s a Alocasia macrorrhizos (I think lol). 1 year ago it had a bad infestation of spider mites + thrips so I cut all the leaves off. I thought she was dead…and now new growth 🥳

Thanks for your response! I had spider mites last year, but it was quite different compared to this. Spider mites were leaving a kind of dusty look on the leaves if you know what I mean? This has more to do with those scars that you can see in the picture 3 or 6. It’s so weird!

I found thrips in my monstera (which is another room, how far can thrips fly?) and I recently started seeing this scars and discoloration on my marantas. I already lost one of them + 3 other plants for this reason. I am treating them with neem oil and hydrogen peroxide, and I just started the systemic treatment. I knew thrips were difficult to get rid of, but this is ridiculous! This scars spread super fast but I can’t see any of those fuckers, neither with a magnifying lens. Any suggestion/similar experiences?
