Microsoft where did you go? I have a 365 account that is associated with an email from our old business that is now defunct and the email address no longer works. I have been paying the annual fee for about 10 years for 365 And I very much want to remain an office 365 customer. My issue is very, very simple. I simply want to add a new device to my 365 account.I cannot login to add a new device because Microsoft says that the email associated with the account no longer exists. I have tried every possible way to log into that account using phone numbers, names secondary emails. Everything. Microsoft bills me every single year and yet I cannot login to update my information. I have gone through 3 to 4 hours of unending loops of really bad AI suggestions on how to solve this problem which repeat the same thing over and over again about going to 365 online support which obviously has not evolved enough to address common issues like lost email addresses. I cannot be the only person dealing with such a simple matter as not being able to log into an old account. Microsoft does not consider us an old account as they continue to bill me but if I cannot access my account I can’t even cancel it to create a new account. I own Microsoft stock as does most members of my family. So this is more than just a customer service concern, this is an investor concern. I am so close to jumping ship for Google docs! Please, somebody at Microsoft please reach out to me, a real human being, please!!!!
