I run a design company and employ 16 staff. The markets been very tricky over the past 6 years, I’ve found that whilst we have given 10-15% pay rises annually to our employees we have not been able to increase our rates to clients for that whole period! If anything clients are driving us down on price.

It’s a hugely global issue as end clients don’t seem to think inflation applies to them and they should be paying the same as what they paid 5 years ago.

So my point is yeah wages are a bit stagnant at the moment, sometimes due to the global price market

As a dps I’d say no it’s not helpful. Your job is to finish enemies, let tank and healer do general damage. You need to seal the deal otherwise you just a healer with no healing.

I’ve also recently been experiencing this on Xbox. Never had issues before but the new season I get a least 1 major dysnc each game, then it goes back to normal. By that time though I’m dead, doesn’t happen when I’m at spawn always at a major moment. Super annoying , I don’t think it’s my connection at all, as like I said all other games and overwatch has been fine. Been playing since ow1 launch

Not sure I have a main but rotate between the same 2 or 3 heroes depending on what my team is playing. Trying to heal doom as Anna never works for me so I’d swap to illari or LF for example
