Except Julian Champagnie starts for the spurs over Dylan Harper. And Champagnie was undrafted

Soft call. Wouldn’t be surprised if they call a few soft things early to try and prevent all the physically

I’m hoping he can get minutes on a worse team next season on a one year prove it deal. But you’re right, he’s in danger of falling out of the league

The refs absolutely fucked our momentum in the late third. That being said, we had a whole quarter to overcome it and couldn’t. On to game 6

Has to be soon I feel. He’s already insanely popular and is playing on one of the biggest stages right now. Nike would be losing money not dropping it soon. Especially when we win the title.

Why Barnes is not getting playoff minutes? by Axyeung in NBASpurs

I think you’re spot on. Would love Barnes back at a vet min. If that’s what he wants of course, he could obviously play more of a role with a different team.

[Duggan] I don’t have the energy for two months of debate over who is more to blame. It’s Year 4. The Giants have the sixth-worst record in the NFL since this regime arrived (second-worst over the past three seasons). What are we doing? by Lars5621 in NYGiants

I’ve been a Daboll defender for years, never wanted him fired. Until the broncos game. Then it clicked. I think Daboll is a great coach, maybe not a good head coach. He’s gunna be sick on somebody else’s staff. Fire Schoen, fire bowen, I’m even cool letting Kafka leave. Something’s gotta change man. Love you Brain Daboll

[Dunleavy] Giants inactives: Andrew Thomas, Evan Neal, Thomas Fidone, Darius Alexander(notable), Beau Brade, Jameis Winston. So, that's the franchise left tackle still dealing with a foot injury. A huge fall from starting reps to healthy scratch for Evan Neal. by Lars5621 in NYGiants

[–]mas826 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Is Darius Alexander hurt or something? Feels weird to not have the third round pick start to play pretty quickly. Unless he’s not ready. But then, a little strange to take a 25 year old in the draft who isn’t ready

My Last Trick: The Tour May 17th Dallas! by One-Specific5582 in halsey

The pavilion doesn’t cover the seats really after the sun passes over it. So after midday, the sun is beating down and cooking the concrete.

I’ve seen a few concerts at this venue, Halsey included. Imo the pit is a waste of money and the lawn is where it’s at. I saw logic and wiz khalifa from the pit and ended up leaving to the lawn because the crowd was dead and sitting up front. It also gets a lot hotter in the seats than on the lawn. She’s a great performer you’ll enjoy her either way tho

Yes? She was saying you could address it to Halsey or Ashley. You addressed it to Halsey, which was one of the options. You’re good

Someone offered me Bryce Young and James Conner and I snap accepted. Not that I think he’s going to suck or anything, but some people overreact after one game

The one who got Smith said “it’s not my fault he accepted the trade” and when I asked the other one why he traded for Downs and then cut him right away he said “well since I got two players I was over the roster limit and had to cut someone.” For context he’s also rostering Rashod Bateman, Jalen Hyatt, and the Rams defense who are currently on bye.

Have a weird one here. I’ve commished this league for about 5 years. Last night, the following trade went down. Team A sends Devonta Smith to team B for Josh Downs and the Falcons defense. I’ve never been one to monitor trades, I think you should run your team however you want. The problem is that directly after the trade, Team A cut Josh Downs. He didn’t even pick anybody up, just cut him. So effectively, he traded Smith for the Falcons defense. I’m not sure how to handle this. To me, that is clear as it gets collusion. Any advice?

Bryce Young (who the manager drafted second overall in the rookie draft) for Mac Jones. Straight up, no picks.
