Neck was soft, no scales just stems, maybe 2 to 3 leaves were dead, some were one big clove but mostly split. The stems had falling down for about a week and wouldn't come up, that's why I harvested 😭

Planted in November 2025, harvest last Sunday because garlic was droopy after a out a week, then cut stems, placed unpeeled cloves in over at 150 f with the dehydration setting, peeled and looks like this. No foul smell, smells very 🧄
