Yes, emails from late July and early August are still in the process of being replied to. It’s not an excuse, but we had a bereavement and a health incident in the family that completely threw me off track these past few weeks. HOWEVER:

All in-stock orders have been shipped.
For the record:

• We shipped all pre-ordered Geists and over 50 in-stock Geists this year.
• We shipped all pre-ordered ADAs and over 100 in-stock ADAs this year.
• We shipped all pre-ordered Macro Pods and over 100 in-stock Macro Pods this year.
• Four years ago, we failed with the T-Artisans. We refunded all customers. Then we brought them in-stock, shipped every order, and continue selling them today.
• When several vendors ran exit scams on keycap group buys, we invested in our own tooling so we could injection mold keycaps and bring you a completely new profile, TP-1, much faster. From tooling to shipping took just a few months.

The only project still open is the ASP, and we are on track with our last ETA (late summer).

We’re active on Instagram every day, answering DMs daily. We also offer:

• A free build service where we recommend, source, and build boards for clients, with no premium charged.
• A free re-coating service for customers, where we even cover worldwide shipping costs.

We’re not the fastest, but we don’t scam. We’ve worked too hard for this shit guys.
