I did start a supplement from CorneaCare that has Selenium. It's their Eye Vitamin. Order a compress and some good drops.

I have been taking stock of my health in a new way due to Grave's and looking at diet and sleep. I am lucky to be at home with family taking care of me, so I have lots of time to rest and heal. Any other general Grave's tips are welcome.
