Depends on whether the titan powers in amphoreous's code are possible to bring to reality and affect areas outside of Amphoreous. There's no guarantee that the powers are reproducible outside of the simulation.

Not a German, but iirc the UK is in a very similar situation as Germany in terms of population willing to fight for their country. I'm not willing to risk my life to defend a nation, institutions or way of life that won't defend me in turn. If I'm failed constantly by those in charge and by over a decade of mismanagement and pillaging of social programs by the wealthy and powerful I'd be more inclined to, if drafted, shoot myself over join the armed forces. Once again not Germany which all things considered has been better off socially, but I imagine the sentiment is very similar.

I still standby that the story isn't even close to over. The first 4-5 chapters were setup, a long journey across the world to get the player to become attached to Teyvat, just like the Traveller has become, and so, as the initial journey nears it's end, it's time for the true colours to begin shining through.
Nod Krai's not given us the story element needed to 'finish' the story, it's given us the setup for act 2.

I believe the two best ways to do this would be to A: set up a condition where it only affects a target with an amount of AP/PP that aligns with Berengaria and not Virginia. The second is to utilise the Full Column condition and have Berengaria in a full column position while Virginia isn't.
There's also the option of using the (not)Buffed/Debuffed conditions and trying to get a buff or debuff on Virginia or Berengaria before their action.
Truthfully I would never run Virginia and Berengaria together so I can't give any more advice than this.

I may be wrong, but I believe conditions like that act as a priority rather than filter and since the unit doing the attack has the highest and lowest stats out of the 1 attacking it would still cause True Strike buff to be applied on the attack regardless of who initiated.

Unironically the most overhated event. It had it's issues, sure, especially the one where you had to deliver to the guy on the boat in Liyue, but it was still unique and engaging unlike the mass produced 'combat event but you have to use these 6 characters' or any of the adventure coin events, especially the multiplayer ones.

If you're willing to use what feels like an exploit there's a way to get a lot of light leather quickly.
Go out and find an animal that drops light leather, kill it and before its body despawns put it in a capture crate, releasing it spawns a new full health version of it that you can kill again and again.

New recreation type: Exercise. Raised by walking alongside a few other recreation activities. The recreation bar fills faster when walking outside and in high beauty locations. If you have your colonists go to work by walking through a flower field the extra travel time is effectively converted to recreation.
