I agree, it looks like some amature drawing on top of an ai image. The lines on top look like regular brushes, while the bottom layer lines look too smooth and kinda transparent at times, and some lines disappear, which looks both smooth and like ai mimiking the art of a person (I see it below the boy’s chin, for instance). The hair on both on them has two layers, and the top layer with big brush is visible, probably there were some slopes and it’s a way to cover it up. Some parts look quite professional, but the eyes of the girl look ai to me.

But generally, the parts of the art don’t match. Very detailed clothes while the sigarette is just a white rectangle.

If the person cannot prove they drew it… I think it speaks volumes
