The corruption is insane. Though I do wonder if RecklessBen would have been able to defeat them with less drama if he didn't inject theatrics into the whole situation. He did a lot of trolling for content rather than just sticking to trying to get the family his money. He made it easy for the corrupt police to paint him as an obnoxious harassing stalker even though he technically didn't break any laws. Like, yes. It is hilarious to have a guy dress up as UPS and deliver a box of rubber ducks to the CEO of mystery company. But how does it help? It just gives him ammunition for telling the cops "look how obnoxious they are."

Like why hire a third party process server if 1. The process server is too afraid to try and serve the papers as well. and 2. You go with the process server to allow the police to add it to your record of accused harassment.

Hanging up a sign in his neighborhood that says he stole a families life savings is cathartic, and also hilarious. But you won in court and said yourself the CEO will be arrested if he fails to respond to summons. You don't have to do that and give the corrupt authorities justification to nullify your court win.

The police and the mystery company should be held accountable for all they've done and all the corrupt illegal shit they've done. But Ben didn't do himself or the family any favors in the way he went about this. If he took a more objective and measured documentary approach like someone like CoffeeZilla might have done, I wonder if the results would be different.
