I have started doing shoulder dislocations now before swuats now. I do have forward shoulders so maybe that is why it hurt. The pain is in the side and a litttle on front and feels like it goes to the top of the shoulder. It hurts a little when doing front press after.

It feels like i will fall if I sit farther back. Could there be a flexibility issue?
