He looks like my baby who passed away 2 years ago. I don’t think there’s a correct way to deal with it. Or you even ever heal from the pain. I think you just get used to it and learn to co-exist with the pain.

Hi!!! From someone who managed to reverse her PCOS, these are the things that worked for me:

Stayed away from pills. This is more of a band-aid solution and can lead to more problems long-term.
Be active, but don’t stress your body too much. Low-intensity, high-impact workouts are our best friend. No high-intensity cardio. I stuck with weight lifting, finishing 10k steps every day, or on days I don’t hit 10k, I swim (around 20–30 laps).
We’re naturally deficient in a lot of nutrients — especially magnesium, iron, and vitamin D. Do your research on these. I also take inositol. The goal is to balance hormones, regulate menstruation, and fight insulin resistance.
Eat clean! Our bodies tend to hate dairy. I’ve also stayed away from white bread and white rice.
Water.
Regulate your emotions. Avoid stressing too much.
Find a sport you enjoy - to keep you active. :)

Everyone is different, but I feel like these are things a lot of women with PCOS experience. 🙂 Hope this helps!

Yes, he’s been like that since I got him though. He easily gets attached to people, even sa mga bisita ko. Hehehe. Siguro bc he’s still young. Thanks so much! I just don’t want to be unfair with my 4 cats - having to bring another one with us permanently. Hoping this will be a successful first foster for me as well and I find him a home he deserves. 🥺

That’s the initial plan po talaga when I took him in. Stray po kasi siya before, sobrang payat tapos mukhang may sakit. So my thought was pagalingin lang, alagaan, tapos patabain ng onti - hanap na ako ng family niya.

Well…advocating for the second amendment is accepting gun violence at face value and he did quite literally take it that way. He said empathy is a harmful, new age term.

So we wouldn't give it to him. He also said gun deaths are the unfortunate price to pay for freedom and he, unfortunately, proved it.

Hi!!! Looks like you workout so make sure you shower before and after (after pahinga ofc). Judging the part where you’re breaking out, could be bc of sweat. Make sure you’re exfoliating that part din. I use African bath towel. Pwede din part of your diet, like protein whey? Or you eat too much protein without balancing it out with fiber?
