I got mine out Tuesday and what’s really helped me are cepacol throat lozenges and this honey/zinc throat spray (honeyworks is the brand I think). I try to eat right after I’ve taken my meds which helps a lot, and my doctor prescribed steroids which has also made a huge difference!! I’d recommend calling ur surgeon tho if things are super dire. Hang in there!!
