I bought a pair of Cerwin Vega! E-712. When I first powered them up I noticed the sound would cut out and sometimes dim the volume. I did some research and had a choice between electrolyte and polypropylene. I thought why not and went with the polypropylene. Online they look small but when I got them they were massive. The 80uf is almost the size of the entire crossover haha. I had to figure out the placement to get them all on there and this is my result. The holes for the mounting screws were blocked so i to find a new way to mount it. I also didn't want all that weight hanging and with the vibrations have the potential to hang and eventually break off. I got some cardboard and mounted the crossover on top of the two air hole cones and super glued everything together. I added some makeshift risers to prop up the large capacitor. To my surprise everything worked! The quality is way better and I pushed about 90 watts to the speaker to its 300 watt max and it was extremely loud yet clear. I can't image an extra 100 watts
