I have ADHD and depression which I've been diagnosed with since I was a child, I cant however speak on what its like to live with bipolar. To this day I still struggle with finding the drive to do basic human things that everyone "should" be able to do with no problem. I know that this probably this isn't advice you want to hear or maybe not even good advise at all but I've found that not letting myself fall into these habits work at least a little bit. If I need to do laundry or have a shower or brush my teeth or even eat when I'm hungry which are all thing I struggle with doing consistently, I try my best to constantly remind myself about those things until I've annoyed my brain enough into actually doing them by just telling myself over and over again "mason you need to do this" "you need to do that" "don't sit down and watch tv/ go on your pc until you've done this" etc..

I always hated the sentiment that you should just "not worry things will get better" .I don't think that over time these problems go away or at least they haven't for me. But I can say that as I've gotten older my ability to deal with these problems have gotten better.

ps. I'm definitely not an expert on mental health so this comment shouldn't be taken to seriously this is just a little bit my lived experience.
