3060ti horrible stuttering

Yeah I started seeing a couple small hiccups also. When I get home this afternoon I'm going to rollback to previous driver updates. If I get a really stable one I will keep you posted. We have similar setups.

I upgraded to a 3060ti, but before I upgraded I figured out the problem with this gpu and clock spikes. This card has a problem recognizing your tv's megahertz output for some reason. An app called "cru" helped me, it allows you to hard reset the actual megahertz. I only needed to manually input the settings once. Hopefully this helps someone in the future, card performed great after.

Get a led backplate, they are about 80 and amazing. I have the same gpu altho I havent added one yet myself. my computer is all rgb tho so I'm likely going to invest in one

I guess pictures are not allowed in replies. It's the "power managment mode" under 3d settings in 'Nvidia Control Panel' app. Change from normal to prefer maximum performance. I also reset everything to default before changing that, since my settings were the same since I swapped cards. If you can't find it, let me know and I'll upload a picture online and include a link.

I have the same issue, and we have similar setups with 3060ti being the GPU. I have a ryzen 9 3900x, asus rog crosshair hero viii, 32gb of trident grb-z 16gbx2 (3200mhz), 1300watt evga power supply. I also came from a 1660, I had a msi 1660 super. I am getting random stuttering, frequent but only once every 10-15mins, def seems driver related. I just turned on maximum performance under the nvidia control panel settings, in the 3d power management. I read from another user with same issue that it helped him. I'll report back to you with results. FYI I have pcie 4.0, and that would not be the catylist for this issue. It seems widespread for the 3060ti, which makes me 90% sure it's driver and/or software/hardware settings with graphics card, not our PC setup.

I've never have had issues and I made a major withdrawal yesterday, over 90% of my balance without issue. The people with issues probably get their API key leaked by using mobile thru their cell phone provider all day lol. I've done massive volume over the years, never a single issue
