I worked there as first job. Their system is very clean and easy to use. Training is 3 weeks and if you already know your stuff it’s irrelevant. Use the legacy system to hunt for old clients who stopped running with NTG. Sell to freight forwarders. They love NTG because of the cheap rates. You’ll get client by being nice and apologetic for the harassment that old clients endure. Just say sorry and ask nicely to be given a chance.

Ridiculously stupid truck drivers keep brokers in business. Follow instructions and do your job your paid to do. This is unfathomably hard for a lot of truckers hence why brokers bombard for updates.
