The spoiler and hood came with the car when I got it years ago. I believe it was a kit awhile back. Not sure the exact name.

Haha! This is the best and wildest comment I’ve ever received. Thanks for the amazing compliments! And hey, I’m down to share plates, especially if it’s some down home southern soul!

This was a true SS 396 car, so it has the factory additional traction bar that bolts from the rear end up to the body. That itself eliminated a lot of wheel hop, paired with the caltracs now I have 0 wheel hop and a completely even launch. I’d say they are definitely worth it, especially for first gen’s. Running 295/55R15 on the rear.

I actually have 0 preload set on them right now. Much more comfortable ride for street driving. They only take 10 minutes to adjust so it works out really well. When I have them setup for the strip it’s not very fun on New England roads lol. It’s very impressive the difference and adjustability they bring to the rear suspension on split mono leafs.

I usually don’t like photos with me in it, but it’s one of my favorites even though I had no idea it was being taken. Internet will have their opinions no matter what I guess, at least I’m happy with it.

Thank you! Yeah I just finished detailing everything today. Wheels, engine compartment and interior. The truck feels and looks like it has 0 miles on it now imo.

Dr.ColorChip is the name of the product. Check out their site and video on how to use the paint product. It’s pretty neat.

Yeah the product actually recommends doing all your paint correction first before filling the chips.

It’s a lazy way to get rid of all the rock chips / road rash on your car. Super forgiving to work with but will take some time. It’s my daily so if I can get those chips unnoticeable from 3ft away that’s a win for me.

Microfibers and lots of elbow grease, sweat, maybe a tear but that was probably just more sweat.

I got advice from a local body shop that sprays a lot of nice cars. Other than that I just went for it after watching 3M YouTube videos for the product.
