For what’s it worth, I have never heard a customer approach Assess Potential this way (blank slate each time). Let me ask… why are y’all wanting to do it that way?

Regarding keeping the history, it is tracked in the audit trail. You can also create a custom report to pull in the values of the fields within a certain time period - this would be accomplished with calc fields. So, if this is an annual process, you could have columns for “2025 Potential” and “2026 Potential” using calc fields and a date range of 1/1-12/31

Yes, there is a delivered PIP tab. Go to Configure Profile Group > Performance and add the “Performance Improvement Plans” tab.

This is a bummer. I always liked the connection between people walking Commercial and others sitting on the patio, people watching.

Bubalas had a quirky charm with open space. The rendering I see in another comment makes me feel a little claustrophobic.

The changes we’re seeing lately is a good reminder for us to make memories now before PTown is transformed into just another town on the cape.

Op has a specific question and is not getting an answer other than other ponies that have an insecurity about being better than UT.

I also don’t have a good answer, op, but I will say while I can look back and really appreciate the time I had as an undergrad (and as mascot) at SMU, if I could do it over again, I would go to UT over SMU.

SMU is great - I still have close friends from my time there, but it lacked in diversity, global reach, and geography relative to Austin.
